I have sent payment to gearbest without registration and have not received my order number. They said that they were unable to find anything. But on PayPal my transaction appears like this: On 21 November 2020, you authorized a payment of 1052 mur on your card-××<removed>. If the payment is voided for any reason, the pending amount won't be charged. It may take a few days for this to show on your card statement. It's impossible to open a case because it doesn't appear among my other orders and not visible in resolution centre too. I'm desperated. Please help me.
When you pay a company (rather than an ebay seller or individual), then it is often pending until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.
If they don't process that order and capture the pending payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment.
