I received an item that is different to what I purchased. However in the resolution center I only have option for unauthorized activity or billing issue. None of which relates to receiving the wrong item.
How do I open a dispute for wrong item?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
