Can't open dispute for item that didn't arrive

I ordered something on Depop almost a month ago and still haven't received it. I initially opened a claim because the seller claimed she hadn't received payment, but apparently that's something that usually happens with first time depot sellers. Obviously the claim was denied because she did receive payment and I was told the next day she was shipping my item. I still haven't received it, so I attempted to open a dispute. Unfortunately the only option is "report suspicious activity" and I can no longer get in touch with the seller. Does anyone know what I can do to be refunded?

You can open x1 dispute per transaction.

so how do I get a refund when I can't contact the seller?
