Can't open a new case

I purchased some items in a platform that seems not legit. The company seems to not exist <removed> and the mail address that got the payment does not seem legit <removed> Check that the original page is redirected to another url! I opened a case that is already Closed, and when I try to open a new one, the Resolution Center returns an error, so I can't open a new one about not receiving the items. The time passes and the items are of course not sent. I tried to get help with the Contact us section, messages or chat box did not help, so this is my last and only hope to get help from the community or the administrators. Thanks and kind regards
