Hello guys. Order Canon Lens from Ebay, but wasn't what expected - completely full with dust and spots from inside. I think that the seller ''forgat'' to tell me that... He didn't answer on Ebay and I don't know what to do. Try to open a dispute and case here, but nothing happens I just can do it. When I go to the Help Center it says:
To open a dispute:
- Go to Resolution Centre.
- Click Dispute a Transaction.
- Select the button beside the transaction you want to dispute, then click Continue.
- Select ‘Item dispute’, click Continue and follow the on-screen instructions.
But there is no such thing as Click Dispute a Transaction, I could find it.
I click to Report a Problem but when I type all the info it said: Some information is missing or incorrect. WHAT???
Can someone help me, please? Thank you!
