Can't input tracking info for return package to get refund.

So I have the tracking number for my return package (that's already on it's way back to the seller), but in the resolution center of PayPal's website, it shows 0 accounts open/pending/being reviewed... nothing. Is there something I'm missing, or am I just going to have to call?
