I'm trying to help a friend of mine resolve an issue with her account. I've been on hold for a total of 8 hours today and I'm about ready to drive to PayPal headquarters and beat her money out of the first person I encounter there. Please, PLEASE, is there ANY way to get these **bleep** to answer a simple **bleep**ing question without being placed on terminal hold?
