Can’t get my money back from my blocked account

Hello, I had my paypal account closed lately because I used to live in Bahrein and now I am back to Living in Lebanon and Paypal doesn’t work in Lebanon. I have money in my account and Paypal sent me a message in June 2020 saying that I can get back my money in February 2021. We are now in March and I still can’t use or have my money back. My paypal is now blocked. Please help me getting back the money left from my paypal account. Thank you.

They're doing the same thing to me..they wknt release my money to me. It's been about a year. And still will not

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country. Sadly however paypal is not available in your country.

You should really withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts / cancel any subscriptions and close the old Paypal account before you move countries. If you don't then you may have problems doing so once you have moved and may need to contact customer services for help to resolve things.
