Wish.com are trying to make a refund - they have sent evidence - but are getting the message 'payer account locked or closed' ... the account I used is indeed closed as, after payment to wish, Paypal closed it due to an unauthorised payment. I opened a new account and used the same email. Then wish tried to refund and have been trying since the end of August! I have spoken to Paypal but they say that there is nothing they can do as the account is closed and that wish should be able to 'send payment'. Nightmare. I was even told that I shouldn't have closed the account !!! - I didn't. I can't even open a dispute as the account is closed and I can't access puchases. Any help very gratefully received.
