I am trying to dispute a purchase but I can't find it in my history. The item I received was not the one I ordered and I am unable to contact the company I purchased it from. I have been trying for 3 days to contact someone from PayPal to help me but the automated system is garbage and I cant seem to get in touch with a person. Does anyone have any advice?
