Can't do anything

Keep getting this error, "At PayPal, we value a safe community for our customers to do business. We noticed activity in your account that’s inconsistent with our User Agreement and we no longer offer you PayPal services." and they say I'm some dangerous guy whatever, but I only use this account for transactions with my friends and buying things online, if you guys have any idea how to solve this, please reply!

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

Yes I understand, but whenever I try pressing on that resolution center it pops this "

Can't do anything, says I can't use paypal anymore.

Yep sadly you have a permanent ban, nothing you can do about it unfortunately.
