PayPal isn’t letting me do anything now. Someone sent me a 2000 transfer, a 1000 transfer, and a 507$ transfer this morning. All the same person. Because it wouldn’t allow them to send me the full 4K they intended to. I sent my friend 200 this morning to his PayPal. Now I can’t do anything. It won’t let me transfer to my bank account, it won’t let me send money to someone else on PayPal. I don’t get it... why can’t I do anything at all?! Anyone else deal with this ever? Was it resolved?
