So, long story short, I had 340 dollars in my account and my account was limited. Great. I decided to wait the 180 days, and I'm happy I can finally withdraw. I can't. I need to add a bank (which I never did), and since my account is limited, It wont allow me. I can't send a cheque either since my account is limited, but, what can I do? I don't want to let PayPal or my money stay in a useless account with no use forever.
Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
