Can’ t close dispute

I am unable to close a dispute I started, followed all the instructions and ticked the boxes but it will not cease.

then you can't close it, you can only contact customer services and state that the transaction was authorised after all.
by opening an unauthorised dispute you are telling paypal that your paypal account has been hacked and used without your consent and paypal have to investigate that claim.
