I have been trying for 48 hours to add updated information to my open claim in paypal. There is no option to do this when i view my claim so i wanted to attach/email the new information but am finding it impossible to do so. There is no email address for customer services and i have tweeted but it just gets ignored. This is so frustrating and time consuming. Please paypal make your web pages easier to navigate and to contact customer services.
You can't add anything to a claim once its been escalated from the dispute UNLESS paypal request more info from you.
