Actually i have a blocked funds, ( are not blocked anymore "as your email says" ), after that 180 Days i became able to withdraw those funds to the linked bank account on my paypal account, but sadly that specific bank account doesn't exist anymore, i actually asked the bank to close it, and i have another one now with another bank, the thing is ... i couldn't add a new bank account to the paypal account as it is actually under limitation ... and even i tried to contact the support by phone, but sadly no one available to answer my call.
So what's the deal here ? will i lose my funds ?
