Is anyone else having issues accepting a partial refund through the options provided in the resolution center? I click on accept refund, it shows me a page to confirm and then immediately goes to a page that says that there was an issue on PayPals end. I've reached out to customer service but they aren't listening to my issue and I'm stuck
