After dealing with PayPal for 2 years we are now on account limitations. I just can't resolve it. Nothing send seems to satisfy them. I can't speak to anyone directly to work out what the core issue is and now we have $18,500 (and counting) that we need to buy stock for Christmas. How can these issues be escalated with PayPal?
