Can't Post Dispute Response

Regardless of whether I'm using the mobile version, or the actual desktop page, I am unable to post details to my dispute because the page returns an error stating that there was a problem on our end, please try again.

Me too. I've returned my item on Paypal's instruction but can't upload the tracking details. We're in limbo now. 

I've sent a message to Paypal but no response - probably down to low staffing levels due to Corona...
