I need to remove and close my account or remove my debit card, but i cant due to a limitation. I have things to sell on eBay but unfortunately i can't sell anything due to this limitation i can't transfer anything to my debit card. I cant solve this limitation because i am under 18 and i dont even know why the limitation even exists nothing happend. I tried contacting them and are still waiting a response.
The account limitation is because you are underage. You have to be over 18 to open a PayPal account. You'll likely have to wait until you are 18 and then call customer service to set you up with new account and move your funds over.
