Hi i was purchasing an in-game virtual item via paypal and once the process went thru he deleted and block me via discord. I got the whole conversation screenshotted as it happened just awhile ago. I went to paypal and reported immediately and after awhile the case was CLOSE?!? It made me feel as though paypal was helping the scammer to be unpunished...
