Can someone explain what happened

Okay so I purchased an item off a seller on depop for €110 ages and go and I never received it so I got a refund off the seller and it came up in my PayPal transactions but yet my balance says €0 and it’s not in my bank account either!! Can someone please explain what happened or why I can’t a my money????

Thanks for reaching out, welcome to the PayPal Community! I can understand how concerning it can be waiting for a refund. Not to worry, it normally will go straight back to the funding source it came from. Usually it takes around 3-5 business days for those funds to make it back to your card or bank. If it takes longer than 30 days, I'd recommend reaching out to your financial institution to research this further.
