Does anybody know if paypal can contact a seller? I bought some trainer from an online website and had to pay the company via Paypal but I used my credit card and not my account as didn't have enough money in my account at the time as I work abroad and generally don't use my UK account that's linked to my Paypal. It has been nearly 4 months now that I have been waiting for my delivery and I have messaged the company twice with no response.
