Can not upload files to Resolve Page

Hello,

My account is limited. I called PayPal and they ask me to provide evidence. I have those with me. But I can not upload them. Because, When I clicked on Resolve button It says this :

Thank you for providing the required information. We'll get back to you within a few working days.

 I do not see any link to upload my files. Please help. Previously I uploaded all the files. But they want me to upload them again.
