Can not report for item not received

I attempted to purchase an online code, however, after multiple hours, the code still hasn't arrived. I opened a dispute, and soon attempted to change the topic of the dispute from "other" to "Item not received", but that wasn't an option. I soon canceled the dispute in hopes of starting a new one with the correct subject, but now all i can report is unauthorized access. Any way to get around this?

There is no 'other' option, you either file for non reciept of item OR item received but not as described OR unauthorised.

You are only allowed x1 dispute per transaction and are warned you can't open another one before you close a dispute.


Advice is voluntary.
