I bought 4 shirts from a company that sells on-line. 2 of them are way to big. I went to read on how to return them and it reads "unworn unwashed ...may be exchanged free for new size or color within 30 days of purchased.(excluding purchases through Amazon, using PayPal ,items shipped directly from 3rd party brands , or purchased from BrylaneHome or BCO). I have e-mailed them four times and they reply with some answer that has nothing to do with my question. I don't understand if you are going to take PayPal for payment shouldn't they follow the same rules as if you are using a credit card? Has anyone else have this problem with a company
