I subscribe one services from a service provider and then later on he send me other offer which i don't want but i subscribe by mistake. Very next day i send email for mistake and wrong transaction. Now since 45 days he is saying he will refund or he will refund in installment. He said if i open a dispute on PayPal then i'll not get anything. So anyone can help me what should i do in this case ?? thank you
