My account is limited due to me being unable to pay back my negative balance (im waiting until i get paid). I don't have a credit card or bank account attached to the account right now and i was just wondering if i can add a credit card to it when i get paid so i can resolve the negative balance despite the account being limited, thanks.

Depending on the limitation type will depend on if you are able to add the credit card to your PayPal account. Different limitations will have different account permissions on them. To add funds to your PayPal account is not possible with a credit card, please use your bank/debit card to add funds.
