Hi I paid for a holiday via PayPal well before the holiday. Only when I got back from holiday and spoke to the company did I raise a dispute with PayPal. However, its over the 180 days. As I didn't know I was going to raise a dispute until after my holiday where do I stand?

Holiday insurance?
Credit card chargeback?
Small claims court?

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
