I recently opened a Fiverr account to earn some money during quarantine around October 2020 and I wanted to finally withdraw it, but I realized that my account had been restricted. When I made the account prior I had just used my college ID as verification that I was indeed myself and that the notion that I was already in 2nd year college mean that I was already at legal age, and well it worked until now. I'm currently 19 turning 20 this year and I was wondering if I could use my college id with maybe my picture of my birth certificate to verify that I'm me and I'm at the legal age to withdraw and deposit on paypal, even if just for a short window so I can transfer my earning to Gcash.
I don't own a driver's license, a passport, or a national ID.
