Can I remove my my card after 180 days

Hi, I have a limited PayPal account that has reached 180 days. I want to link a new card so I can withdraw my money into it, but I want ask if I can remove the newly linked card after withdrawal. Please note that the card isn't linked until after 180 days

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear about that limitation, I can understand those can be a little difficult to work with sometimes. When you add that card to a permanently limited account, normally that would mean that card would not be able to be removed or used on another PayPal account. I would recommend reviewing your limitation details in the Resolution Center. There you will find what account functionality has been limited or blocked.
