I sent 140 to an individual who was going to transfer concert tickets through Ticketmaster but the person accepted my money and ghosted me. What can I do because now I can’t cancel the transaction because the person accepted the money already
If payment status on the payment says "Money Sent", I'm afraid there are no refunds or purchase protection as you sent a friends and family payment which is considered a "gift" payment. Why'd you think they disappeared so easily.
Otherwise, locate payment transaction in your PayPal account activity, click it, then click "Report a problem" to file an Item Not Received (INR) dispute.
