After unauthorized transactions from my account, I can not make any transactions, payments, etc., and so interesting no one answers my requests. Guys, I understand everything, but not only did they try to steal $ 3000 from my cards, so in the end I still can't get any help in restoring my account.

I am sorry to hear that your account was compromised. Usually, when this happens, a temporary limitation is placed on the account to prevent any further unauthorised activity. In that case, you should be able to see an open case in your Resolution Centre with some steps to complete to resolve the issue.
