I bought a OnePlus 6T, which worked at first, but didn't have the right charger. Asked for 10 dollars back to buy one, the seller said fine. Now, the battery literally just died. I had it in a box, didn't use it much besides checking it worked. I was planning to resell it, so I really just used it for maybe an hour total. Now, the phone only powers on with the charger plugs in. How do I open another dispute for a full refund?
