I have a long story detailing my ordeal concerning an online merchant and I, and prefer to send it to PayPal's human support team through email. I could not send him my money because his PayPal account got restricted at the same time. The seller had many rogue buyers reporting their transactions as 'unauthorised', and got to keep both their money and their products. Now my money has been taken from the seller's balance by a buyer who has charged-back on a transaction, and the seller's balance is in the red. We both feel uncomfortable using PayPal as a payment service, and would like our money justifiably returned.
