A lady wants to buy a camera lens from me and has asked me to ship it to another state offering $100 to cover shipping. she sent me her Paypal email address. if I ship to the address associated with the paypal and also send it certified where she has to sign for it. Can I be scammed? Is there any way she could take item and get her money back? I am just skeptical of mailing items like this.
