Hi,
One of my client paid me on my Paypal a day ago and when I logged in I found that my account is limited, so my question is where did that payment go? does Paypal hold that payment and release it when the account become fully accessible? or the money paid by someone goes back into their account?
Any help is highly appreciated!
Thank you!

Hi @Prashant9,
I'm sorry to hear about the account limitation. If the payment was received before the limitation was placed, the funds would be received and would become available after the limitation is resolved. If the payment was sent to you after the limitation became active, then the payment would not be able to be received and the sender would be unable to send it to you.
I hope this helps!
Olivia
