Hello, i had a dispute and my account was limited due to the negative balance. I sorted everything out with my client and she cancelled the dispute. I realised the negative balance on my account was removed when she cancelled the dispute, but i still realised my account is still limited as i can't recieve funds, send payments nor pay for goods and service. Please i need this problem to be resolved.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
