I bought a garment which turns out to have been copied from an authentic site and after 6 weeks received a piece of nylon rubbish nothing like what I had bought. Paypal have rejected my claim on the basis that it is not materially different from the item purchased! How can there be degrees of similarity when you buy something? Either you get the item or you don't. I didnt ask for a cheap substitute and I cant see how anyone looking at the two photos could have any doubts. I really feel now that using Paypal is no longer my go-to option. I use it constantly but if they can turn a blind eye to fraudulent sites in this way this is really shocking.
