[Removed. Phone #s not permitted] I been calling for 4 days straight with no response , it then hangs up on you so you cant stay on hold , what a mess and i didn't do anything to have this happen to my account PP sucks plain and simple

I feel ya I have been trying to sort out my issue for months if the associates would just take an extra minute to listen maybe their would not be so many issues hopefully you will get your problem sorted

Try using Help - Contact Us - Message Us (if available in your area) to get in touch with a Paypal agent. My claim resolution date pushed back every day for two weeks, so I messaged PayPal and had the claim resolved in my favour in 6 hours. If your claim was not resolved within a reasonable period of time, contact your credit card issuer (if you paid the purchase with credit) to do a chargeback.
