I was limited for 180 days however my limits are over and I can now withdraw the funds but the issue is now that due to COVID I had to close my other bank and get a new one because of the fees. And now I want to link my new bank however I've been trying to contact PayPal for the past 1 week and they are not answering on the calls, I tried messaging them but no luck.

 

Whenever I add a bank, I get the "There are issues with your account, resolve it in the resolution centre".

 

I need help please PayPal.

I want to withdraw the funds that I have in my account by linking a new bank.

 

Please help.
