i agreed with this other guy for a m9 bayonet rust coat for 85 dollars Canadian, i sent him the money and he never sent me the knife, he pretending he send me the knife but really he sent me a graffiti and i called him out on it and hes pretending he doesn't know what I'm talking about. Is there anyway to refund or escalate to PayPal before he moved the money out of his account?
