CS.CAREU -- BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!

Want to warn everyone who sees pretty boots or shoes advertised on FB not to fall into the same trap I did. CS.CAREU charged me over $60 for a pair of boots, which looked lovely in the photograph. What I got, WEEKS after the indicated delivery date, was a pair of ugly boots in an attempt to copy something of much higher quality made out of VINYL and stinking of same. Just don't do it!! I can see from previous posts complaining of the exact same thing that Paypal will not do anything. I already filed a complaint as I had not received my in the indicated time frame. Hearing what others have experienced, I'm guessing I'll have to pay the 30 euro or more to ship the boots back and then only hope the company will reimburse my money. NEVER AGAIN!!! It should have occurred to me, first of all, to look exactly where the product was coming from. Besides that, I imagine some poor soul is making these "handmade boots" for a mere pittance. I'm so ashamed and furious.

Hi. I'm going through the same thing I can't find the website either. I ordered 2 pairs of shoe and haven't received them just yet. I ordered them April 25th. I want to cancel this order. How can I do that with no info but the name cs.care

You should be able to message them from the sales receipt they emailed you. I was able to contact them twice because I hadn’t yet received my order, but more than likely, you will get nowhere for a return. I had to contact PayPal once I received the fraudulent order of vinyl knockoffs. They contacted CS. CAREU, and I was offered the deal to keep the boots and accept a $20 credit since I didn’t like them. I declined the offer, and sent their website images and images of the boots I actually received, to PayPal. PayPal told me I needed to return the boots and show them proof. I did, but CS.CAREU didn’t respond after 1.5 months. PayPal just refunded my purchase, stating that enough time had passed that they should have received them. That was only expedited because I posted to PayPal Messenger and on their Facebook page. I’m deeply frustrated because PayPal lacks integrity when they allow a company like CS.CAREU to use their services for fraudulent purposes. It’s aiding and abetting, and they are profiting through other consumers misfortune. I still want my $30 return shipping back. Good luck!

I posted previously about this and see that many others are scammed.  I refuse to pay overseas shipping to send these crappy shoes back. Paypal is insisting that I do so. That is another waste of money, since I am seeing nothing done except in one case shown here. I thought Paypal was a safe way to shop. It took me years to join Paypal. It certainly won't take that long to quit using them.  

DO NOT TRUST ANY SHOPPING OF CLOTHES OR SHOES ON FACEBOOK! Look it up. If it comes from China or anywhere overseas, don't do it.

I will say that I have had excellent customer service and some good products from WISH but their pictures also tend to be better than the product sometimes. But hey, lots and lots of things are free on WISH. If you don't like something, they won't  have you send it back. They just credit you the money back to your card.

tvThe boots I ordered from these "people" we're so awful I didn't even try them on. I wouldn't let my dog wear these  in public. They are the worst piece of trash I have ever seen.

I too was scammed and I’m looking for a cheap way to ship this trash back to China... what shipping method did you use ?

When I received my shoes I brought it straight back to the post office, unopened and refused written across it. There is no cost to you that way. Once it shows back as refused PayPal will reimburse you. It worked for me. That company should not be allowed to sell under PayPay!!!!

I am going through the same thing right now. PayPal told me they cannot help me. I am so furious I could chew nails.
