CS.CAREU -- BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!

Want to warn everyone who sees pretty boots or shoes advertised on FB not to fall into the same trap I did. CS.CAREU charged me over $60 for a pair of boots, which looked lovely in the photograph. What I got, WEEKS after the indicated delivery date, was a pair of ugly boots in an attempt to copy something of much higher quality made out of VINYL and stinking of same. Just don't do it!! I can see from previous posts complaining of the exact same thing that Paypal will not do anything. I already filed a complaint as I had not received my in the indicated time frame. Hearing what others have experienced, I'm guessing I'll have to pay the 30 euro or more to ship the boots back and then only hope the company will reimburse my money. NEVER AGAIN!!! It should have occurred to me, first of all, to look exactly where the product was coming from. Besides that, I imagine some poor soul is making these "handmade boots" for a mere pittance. I'm so ashamed and furious.

I thought Paypal was safe, I guess not so.....

Paypal safely transfers your funds for you and gives you some buyer protection but who you choose to buy from is up to you.

Have you actually opened a dispute to try and recover your funds?

They are very tricky with this also - they will promise a return of funds then stuff you around until it is too late.

I placed an order in early january for $153...ordered four pairs of pants and boots. They finally sent me two pairs of leggings that are cheap af in APRIL. (When I say cheap I mean CHEAP!! The stitching and buttons are PAINTED IN!!) So it took them FOUR MONTHS to send me merch and even then it was not even close to what i ordered 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ Paypal wont refund me bc the seller gave them a tracking number so it looks like they sent me my order. So much for buyer protection Paypal!!!

Report this to your local Attorney General office... I finally got a refund after doing this... you can make a fraud claim online... good luck

I had exactly the same thing happen, and they are researching and mentioned revoking their PayPal account. I’m trying to find the website to get a picture of the original boots, but I cannot find it!
