How oh how do I get hold of someone to talk to about a payment dispute???? I have filled in the dispute form 4 times now on separate occaisions and submitted it but it keeps taking me back to my log in page. Neither have I received any notice of receipt of complaint . I got one message from PayPal but it was timed out after 24 hours and I happened to be away at the time. I now can't get back to anyone. Please someone advise me.
