Add my name to the others currently or who have had issues with this company.

My order was paid for on August 23 and I've had no correspondence from the company confirming order.  I have not received my order, nor do I know how to contact them to check on my order.

Does anyone have any suggestions.

Thank you!

How do I open a dispute with a seller when a purchase goes wrong?

You can open a dispute in the Resolution Centre of your PayPal account within 180 days of payment if:
•You don’t receive the item
•You receive an item but it’s significantly different than the description on eBay or on the seller’s website

By opening a dispute, you can communicate directly with your seller to work out a problem transaction.

If you reach an agreement with the seller you can close the dispute. If you're still not happy with the result, you can escalate the dispute into a claim. We'll review the claim and decide on reimbursement.

These steps apply to Personal accounts. If you have a Business account, please log in to see the steps that apply to you.

To open a dispute:
1.Log in to your PayPal account.
2.Near the bottom of the page, under 'More about your account', click Resolve a problem in our Resolution Centre.
3.Click Dispute a Transaction.
4.Select the button beside the transaction you want to dispute, then click Continue.
5.Select ‘Item dispute’, click Continue and follow the on-screen instructions.

Note:
•Generally buyers must wait at least 7 days from the date of payment to escalate a dispute for an item not received
•Where an item has not been received, please ensure you have given the seller enough time before opening a dispute

https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/first-dispute

DO NOT CLOSE THE DISPUTE UNTIL YOU HAVE A CLEARED REFUND OR YOUR ITEM WHATEVER THE SELLER SAYS. ALSO DON'T FORGET TO ESCALATE THE DISPUTE TO A CLAIM WITHIN 20 DAYS IF THE SELLER DOES NOT REFUND.

If that does not work then if you funded your paypal payment via a card then contact your card issuer and see if they will do a chargeback for you.

Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

I have a similar issue. I paid for a pair of boots on september 7th and have not heard or recieved anything. I've sent two emails which have been ignored. I will try and find out how to take it up with paypal. Obviously the more people do this, the more paypal will have to do something.

If there are so many complaints regarding absence of merchandise after paying, with NO communication. WHY is paypal accepting ChicV as a seller???? I am obviously going to be out the money I paid.

I can’t figure out why PayPal does business with this merchant either! They pulled a scam on me. When I submitted a resolution with PayPal for not receiving my two orders, they made contact with ChicV, who told PayPal that they shipped the two orders, but provided the same tracking number for both orders and only shipped one! Now it shows both have been delivered yet only one item was received and I am out $88. PayPal denied my claim because ChicV says I got all of my orders.

Same here, such a scam and I feel so stupid for falling for this.  I have had good interaction with another seller and will return to them from now on.

Once I opened a dispute with PayPal someone contacted me, but only through the PayPal dispute process. I was told shipment was delayed and they would ship soon. When I asked for a refund they gave me a tracking number for my shipment but no company or website in which to use that number. I’m out $60 and don’t see how I’m going to get it back. PayPal believes they have shipped and denied my refund. Ordered September 16 and I have still received nothing.
