I ordered from company over a month I ordered I put a claim in as didn't get my items they answered and said they was on there way then a few days later I got one as I had opened a case I added a note to say were.is my top no answer then now it said not as described PayPal.say I have to give return information?? I am not returning I want my top but can change claim

Do you have an open CLAIM for not as described?

Has paypal found in your favour?

If so then paypal does not get involved in part returns etc that is for you to sort with the seller in the dispute phase of the claim.

Once escalated the ONLY option paypal give you is to return what you have received trackable back to the seller for a full refund.
