CDkeys Fraud

Logging this here so it's viewable. I recently had 2x transactions take money from me which I disputed to which PayPal have said they are authorised. Having investigated online it seems this happens often with CDkeys, results even in this forum. No direct email to talk to, phone lines are unable to be answered "due to covid". No actual way to get my money back. No reply from CDkeys. Last effort would be small claims I guess? Any advice appreciated. Scammers shouldn't be able to get away with this, especially this easily!

Hi,

Had the same on 16th May.

Please email CDkeys.com requesting to cancel the transaction (you have only 7 calendar days to do so!)

They will reply but at the end ignore your request (keep screenshots)

It's going to take a while to fix.

You can try put a complaint case against Paypal (keep screenshots)

I have reported case to Actionfraud.police.uk and received a reference number of the case (emailed paypal and CDkeys.com)

Now trying Resolver to dispute CDkeys.com lack of refund.

Fingers crossed.

Good luck to you buddy!
