Please can one advice me how i can access my funds

i work with trip advisor/viator and they pay me monthly 

was paid 2000 usd 

and my account

was closed ath my money in the email they said will tell me how to withdraw my payments 

after 180 days 

IT IS NOW OVER 1 YEAR

Please can one advice me how  can i have my money
