CANNOT RESOLVE Provide proof of fulfillment

Hi everyone!

 

Hope I get help/replies here. Idk how to contact customer support. its just really hard. been trying to send message but all the time i get an answer that no support is available.

 

I created my account long time but just recently i verified my account and add a card on it. for the purpose that i am working freelance online.

so paypal is the payment method that that freelance platform is supporting.

 

I just got paid by a job i finished.

now i received the payment. but is put on hold by paypal.

 

under resolution center, ive already uploaded documents asked but one of which it failed is the "Provide proof of fulfillment".

i attached here the screenshot of the freelance website that shows i completed a job. 

 

idk why paypal is holding it.  i wanted to ask what they need for me to resolve it. 

clicking resolve, this is what i get, We can't find any recent orders. Please contact Customer Support at and reference number PP-L-258756591957.

 

Please help me. it is small money but is very big help for me. 

 

do paypal have email or exact hours of when their support going to online?

someone i can talk to paypal to help me resolve this issue?
